Welcome to Open Circuits.

I hope you enjoy reading and editing the Open Circuits wiki.

Thank you for documenting the Programmable Chip EEG. Have you seen the [OpenEEG project at SourceForge] and [the OpenEEG wiki] ?

I am currently planning a system that has a lot of similarities to an EEG. I plan to scavenge a lot of ideas from your notes and the OpenEEG system, mix with a few ideas of my own. I hope you don't mind :-).

The OpenEEG people seem to get much better results using an "active electrode" vs. the standard "passive electrode". I plan to go even further -- putting not only an amplifier but also a serial ADC in the electrode. Do you know of anyone who has already done anything like that?

If you have any questions, you can leave a message on my "discussion" page or on the Community Portal.
