Errors:
* The ATtiny45 device in this 7-28-09 library has an incorrect mapping between pins and pads. Please use some other library for this part.  You may also fix your pin-pad mapping using the "connections" tool in the Eagle library editor.  The most significant error is that pin 1 is GND and pin 4 is RESET in the library - real ATTinyX5s have pin 1 as RESET and pin 4 as GND.
