Note that this is a simplified implementation of both CIA's, just enough to get Minimig going.
- NOT implemented is:
- Serial data register for CIA B(but keyboard input for CIA A is supported)
- Port B for CIA A
- Counter inputs for timer A and B other then 'E' clock
- Toggling of PB6 / PB7 by timer A/B
