Why[edit]

This is some information on my printers that may be of use to others expecially Members of the 200 Dollar 3D Printer Club

Printer 1 Tronxy[edit]

This printer is a Chinese clone of the Prusa and is the kit I recommend as the under 200 dollar printer. It is a kit.

It has among other things:

  • Heated bed
  • Auto leveling

I spent about 10 hours building it, and perhaps another 10 figuring out the best way to work it. So far through about 20 plus prints every print has worked. Print quality seems to match that of much more expensive printers of the same type.

Printer 2 Real Prusa[edit]

This is the kit, still in the box, building soon.
